Field Service Technician

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  • Perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
  • Prepare frequent and analytical service reports with each job
  • Take ownership of dispatched customer issues
  • Visit client locations and perform onsite activities (repair, firmware upgrade)

Our Requirements

  • Degree or 1 – 3 years of working experience in Electrical Engineering
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English language (Chinese language is a benefit)
  • Holding a valid driving license
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge
  • Experience with diagnostic tools
  • Experience with basic hand and power tools
  • Awareness of electrical and mechanical health and safety issues
