Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment and talents acquisition; 
  • Ensure the company's HR policy complies with local laws & regulations during recruiting/training/resignation and other HR tasks; 
  • Design and conduct new employee orientation, continuous education, and other training programs; 
  • Build and implement a performance management process; 
  • Develop a comprehensive talent development plan with the management team including career development, training, promotion, retention plan, and succession plan; 
  • Manage and guarantee on-time disbursement of multi-state payroll, including garnishments, benefits, and taxes; 
  • Manage employee information and improve file management; 
  • Keep regular communication with HQ to facilitate company-wide policies and programs.

Our Requirements

Skills and experiences required:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field; 
  • Five years’ experience in the HR function; familiar with all HR modules (Recruitment/Performance management/Training/OD/C&B, etc.); 
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written; 
  • Superior time management and organizational skills; 
  • A team player with great attention to detail; 
  • Ability to multi-task; 
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
