Tintoria Ferraris is a company with over sixty years of history, founded by Francesco Ferraris and now led by the family's third generation. Over the years, the company has remained true to a fundamental value passed down by its founder: giving back to the local community what the community has given it. This principle has accompanied the company's evolution, guiding its choices not only in terms of production, but also in ethical and environmental terms. The textile finishing business perfectly embodies this philosophy. Enhancing a product means improving its characteristics, increasing its value, and making it more sustainable. In this context, the concept of quality is increasingly intertwined with that of sustainability, becoming a cornerstone of the company's vision.

To bring this vision to life, Tintoria Ferraris has built a photovoltaic plant of great strategic significance. The installation, with a capacity of 2.1 MW and a 1.1 MW storage system, represents not only a significant investment in terms of scale, but above all a decisive step toward a more sustainable and efficient energy model. The project was developed thanks to the collaboration between Trevisan, Sungrow and M Service, under the coordination of a long-standing partner of the company, with whom there has been a well-established relationship over time. This synergy made it possible to successfully address even the most complex challenges. The work included complex technical solutions, such as integration into an agrivoltaic context and, at other facilities, the complete refurbishment of the roofs. Despite operational difficulties and unforeseen issues, the project was completed with a final result of high quality, demonstrating the effectiveness of the collaboration among all the parties involved.

The adoption of photovoltaics represents a strategic choice for Tintoria Ferraris that goes beyond simple energy savings. In a high-consumption sector such as textiles, the ability to reduce energy costs while also increasing energy autonomy provides a concrete competitive advantage. The storage system further contributes to improving overall efficiency, enabling more flexible management of the energy produced. This translates into greater long-term cost stability and reduced exposure to fluctuations in the energy market. At the same time, the plant strengthens the company’s positioning in terms of sustainability, making it more attractive to customers, partners, and collaborators. The project is therefore part of a broader vision that aims to harmoniously balance the needs of the planet, people’s well-being, and the necessity of generating profit.

Sungrow’s choice proved central to the success of the entire project. The company provided reliable, fully integrated technological solutions capable of supporting both photovoltaic production and the storage system. In addition to product quality, the level of technical support and the ability to work in close collaboration with the other partners involved were decisive. This approach made it possible to effectively manage even the most complex situations, while maintaining high quality standards throughout all implementation phases. The long-established relationship also strengthened mutual trust, laying the groundwork for future collaborations in an energy context that is constantly evolving.
