Introduction

Kiškėnai is a 91 MW solar park located in the Klaipėda region of Lithuania, developed by Elektrum Lietuva, an independent electricity producer and supplier. It is one of three solar parks — alongside Dovilai (78 MW) and Smėlė (7.15 MW) — that together form a 176 MW portfolio inaugurated by Elektrum on October 2, 2025. Combined, the three parks cover roughly 360 hectares (about the equivalent of 514 football fields) and are expected to generate around 200,000 MWh of clean electricity annually, enough to supply more than 100,000 households across Lithuania. The addition triples Elektrum Lietuva’s solar generation portfolio and marks one of the largest renewable energy developments in the country to date.
