How to Participate:

1. Email Appointment (Required): Send an email to hello@sunpower.com.au with your Full Name, Installation Address, and Phone Number.

Note: To ensure a structured process, appointments are strictly accepted via email only. No phone bookings will be processed.

2. Scheduling: We will coordinate with our partner installers to contact you to arrange your Hub visit and a Free On-site Inspection.

3. Gift Collection: Gifts will be presented upon the successful completion of the inspection.

Terms: Available only during the soft opening phase. First come, first served; while stocks last.

Operating Hours

· Hours: Tuesday to Friday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

· Installer Expert Days (Wed, Thu, Fri): Specialists from our partner companies will be on-site to provide a hands-on experience with the Sungrow Live ecosystem. Explore real-time VPP integration, backup powercapabilities, monitoring systems, and our company’s heritage, alongside customized energy consultations.
