Q: How fast can a person grow in Sungrow? Lori Kim: One year. Within her first year, Lori took the lead on a major project: the second collaboration between Sungrow's Korean branch and Q Client.
Understanding Clients Deeply
Although Lori was a complete freshman at Sungrow, she knew that every detail mattered. It is worth mentioning that Lori and her team have been trying to understand the “underlying requirements” behind the customer’s intuitive needs. Lori said, “During the bidding stage, there will be many gaps, which requires us to understand the client's real needs in advance, clarify the issues and ensure we are in full alignment.”
Putting Customers First in Practice
“Customer First” is not just a slogan for Lori. To address a client's urgent needs, Lori and her team immediately assisted the EPC client in simplifying the design based on the existing foundation and quickly helped them overcome their current difficulties. True “Customer First” means not only completing the work specified in the contract smoothly but also solving customers' urgent needs and providing them with a sense of security when cooperating with Sungrow.
