Modular Inverter
1+X series modular inverter is tailored for utility-scale PV plants. It combines the advantages of central and string inverter concepts, representing a groundbreaking innovation that will shape the future of energy and offer more possibilities for different stakeholders.
One unit of 1+X is 1.1 MW and can be flexibly combined like LEGO bricks, supporting up to 8 units in parallel to form an 8.8 MW block. One unit of 1+X 2.0 is 800 kW with a split modular design, supporting up to 12 units in parallel to form a 9.6 MW block. Compared to the previous generation 1+X, its power granularity has been improved by 30%, enabling more flexible block design and a lower LCOE.
The 1+X-R retrofit solution features a wide AC voltage range from 270Vac to 690Vac that covers all mainstream legacy inverter models, and combines the proven 1+X common-platform design, reliable spare parts, and intelligent O&M for extended asset performance with minimal downtime.
