BUON ME THUOT CITY, Vietnam, Aug. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Sungrow, the global leading inverter solution supplier for renewables, announced that it has signed an agreement with Dai Hai Power to supply central inverters for a 100 MWp solar project located near the northwest of Buon Me Thuot City, Vietnam.
The project is situated on brownfield sites with excellent natural conditions for solar power generation. Upon completion, it is expected to produce 150 GWh of clean energy annually. By integrating with a nearby hydropower plant, Dai Hai Power will be able to provide a stable supply of clean electricity at all times. The project is also recognized for its role in promoting regional economic growth and improving social conditions for local communities.
The 100 MWp project will utilize 31 units of 1500Vdc 2.5 MW central inverters. This turnkey solution, which includes transformers and RMU (Ring Main Unit), is designed for easy installation and commissioning, helping to shorten the construction period and reduce overall costs.
