Kontakt Sungrow inden for 24 timer via telefon, e-mail eller Sungrow GSP (Global Service Platform). Vedrørende detaljerne i kontaktoplysningerne kan du kontakte Sungrows efter-salgs serviceteam eller vores autoriserede forhandler, distributør eller installatør, hvis produktet er defekt.

Giv nødvendig information til Sungrow, herunder købsbevis, produktets serienummer, problembeskrivelse, kontaktoplysninger og/eller understøttende bevis (som foto eller video) for at lette fejlfindingen.
Trin 3
Sungrow vil reagere på det inden for 24 timer og implementere midlertidige løsninger inden for 7 arbejdsdage. Sungrow er ikke ansvarlig for eventuelle forsinkelser forårsaget af faktorer, der ikke skyldes Sungrow, såsom forsinket adgang til stedet eller andre hindringer for gennemførelsen af garantiservicebestemmelser.
